    PDH Course Description:

    Can you determine whether a given waste is a hazardous waste regulated by EPA under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)? This course covers a very organized approach to answering just that question, starting with determining whether your waste is considered a "solid waste" under the RCRA regulations and moving on to determining if it fits one of the RCRA requirements for being a hazardous waste.
