    PDH Course Description:

    The successful performance of any dewatering system requires that it be properly installed. Principal installation features of various types of dewatering or groundwater control systems are presented in this course.

    • Cement and Chemical Grout Curtains

    • Slurry Walls (cutoff trenches)
    • Steel Sheet Piling
    • Soil Freezing using Chilled Brine Solutions
    • Installation of Piezometers using the: Casing, Rotary, and Hollow-stem auger methods
