    PDH Course Description:

    This course provides licensed engineers with a foundational and practical understanding of dispute resolution and negotiation in the context of engineering and construction contracts. It addresses the causes of contractual conflict, formal and informal resolution processes, and strategic negotiation methods within the bounds of U.S. legal frameworks and professional ethical standards. Engineers will gain tools to prevent, manage, and resolve disputes effectively while protecting public interest and maintaining contractual integrity.

    • Identify the primary causes of contractual disputes in engineering projects
