Getting Started at Online-PDH
First-Time Customers
To Set Up a New User Account
If you are a new customer, create your Online-PDH user
account before purchasing. Purchasing a course or
Unlimited Plan does not automatically create an account
for you.
Select Log in in the upper-right corner
of the homepage. On the login page, scroll to the lower
section and select Create new account.

Create New Account
Complete this step only if you do not already have
an Online-PDH account.
Open the account-confirmation email sent to the address
used during registration. Select the confirmation link
in the message to activate your account.
After confirming your account, return to Online-PDH and
log in using the username and password you created. You
may also use the button below.
Log In to Your Account
Check your spam or junk folder if the confirmation
email does not appear in your inbox.
Course Instructions
How to Complete a Course
Select Browse Courses in the upper
navigation menu and open the course you want to complete.
Select the enrollment button on the course page to add
the course to your personal dashboard.
After enrolling, you can access the course from your
dashboard whenever you are logged in.
Enroll in This Course

Open or download the PDF study guide from the course
page. Review the material at your own pace before taking
the final examination.
You may review the course materials before purchasing.
Payment is required before a certificate of completion
can be generated.

Complete the final examination and earn a score of
70 percent or higher. You may repeat the examination if
another attempt is needed.
After passing, return to the main course page to complete
the payment and certificate requirements.
Take the Final Exam
You must pass the final examination before receiving
your certificate of completion.
If you have not already purchased a plan or single credits, please do so prior to attempting to generate your first certificate of completion.
To see what course titles you have previously enrolled in, Click My Courses below (or the link in the upper
navigation bar) to view your enrolled courses.
My Courses
Select a course from your dashboard to continue
studying or retrieve its certificate of completion.
Quick Reminder
First-time customers must create and confirm their
own user accounts before purchasing. Purchasing a course or
Unlimited Plan does not automatically create an Online-PDH account.
Returning customers should log in with their
existing username and password to avoid creating a duplicate account.
