  • Design-Build Principles: Winery Estates and Facilities

    PDH Course Description:

    This course provides a comprehensive exploration of design-build strategies tailored for winery estates and associated facilities. Drawing on best practices in architecture, engineering, and construction management, it examines the intersection of viticultural production, aesthetic design, and environmental control. Emphasis is placed on sustainable building methods, integration of wine production flow into facility layout, environmental system design, civil site planning, regulatory compliance, and the unique architectural character demanded by winery operations. Case studies and multidisciplinary engineering principles support a detailed understanding of real-world applications.
