Continuing-Education Provider Information
Online-PDH maintains provider approvals and registrations in jurisdictions that regulate continuing-education sponsors. Other boards evaluate courses under their own activity standards or recognize qualifying approval issued by another licensing authority.
An approved-provider credential does not make every course acceptable in every jurisdiction. The course must still satisfy the applicable board’s requirements for subject matter, delivery format, instructional time, assessment, completion date, and documentation.

New York regulation 8 NYCRR 68.14(i)(2)(iii) deems approved a continuing-education sponsor that is approved by a licensing authority or agency of another jurisdiction under standards substantially equivalent to those of the New York State Education Department.
Online-PDH relies on this pathway through its approvals by other engineering licensing authorities whose sponsor standards address organized educational delivery, qualified subject-matter instruction, learning assessment, course records, participation or completion evidence, and regulatory oversight.

Historical sponsor number: S-0572
Online-PDH previously displayed North Carolina sponsor number S-0572. Because a North Carolina provider credential is not required for a licensee to receive credit from an otherwise qualifying activity, the former approval letter is not presented as a current prerequisite or guarantee of course acceptance.
North Carolina licensees should select relevant courses, satisfy the Board’s current ethics and professional-competency requirements, and retain appropriate completion documentation.
