It is designed for licensed professional engineers seeking to enhance their administrative, contractual, and managerial knowledge of delivery systems such as Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Construction Management at Risk (CMAR), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). 

    Emphasis is placed on the decision-making frameworks, legal implications, roles of stakeholders, risk allocation, and contract management essential for selecting and implementing effective project delivery strategies.
