  • Online-PDH Website Agreement

    Terms of Use

    These terms explain the rules for using Online-PDH, purchasing course access, completing continuing education, receiving certificates, and using our customer-support services.

    Effective date: July 20, 2026

    Please read these terms before using the site

    By accessing Online-PDH.com, creating an account, purchasing a course or plan, or using course materials, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or its services.

    About Online-PDH and these terms

    Online-PDH is operated by Cadistics, LLC, a privately owned Florida company located in Brevard County. In these terms, “Online-PDH,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cadistics, LLC and the Online-PDH.com website. “You” and “user” refer to any visitor, account holder, student, or purchaser using the site.

    Online-PDH provides self-paced continuing education courses and related information for professional engineers, surveyors, geologists, and other professionals. Course materials are educational resources; they are not engineering, legal, licensing, tax, or other professional advice.

    These terms apply together with any clearly identified course description, checkout terms, plan terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If these terms conflict with the Refund Policy on a refund-specific issue, the Refund Policy controls that issue.

    Open-access course review

    Online-PDH uses an open-access model that may allow a registered user to review course information or begin studying before purchasing the corresponding course credit. Open access is provided so you can evaluate course content and determine whether it suits your educational needs.

    Open access is not free continuing education credit.

    A valid purchase or active plan covering the course is required before you may rely upon its certificate or claim its PDH or continuing education credit.

    You must not generate, submit, represent, or use a certificate for a course that is not covered by a valid purchase or active plan. You are responsible for ensuring that payment precedes the certificate and claimed completion. Online-PDH may correct or withdraw a record that was generated through error, nonpayment, misuse, or a refunded transaction.

    Accounts and identity

    You agree to provide accurate, current information and maintain only accounts you are authorized to use. Your certificate name and completion record may be based on your account profile, so you should verify that information before completing a course.

    • Keep your username and password confidential.
    • Do not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account.
    • Do not complete coursework or an examination for another person.
    • Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
    • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

    Purchases, pricing, and payment

    Prices and included services are displayed on the applicable Online-PDH page or checkout page. You agree to pay the total amount shown before submitting the order. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout, and we do not ask you to email complete payment-card details.

    A payment confirmation or receipt does not itself establish that a course satisfies your licensing requirements. If a price, product description, or transaction is affected by an obvious error, duplicate charge, suspected fraud, or technical malfunction, please contact us so the transaction can be reviewed and corrected.

    Single-course purchases and the Unlimited Plan

    Single-course or PDH purchase

    A single purchase applies only to the course or quantity of credit identified in the order. It does not create unlimited access or authorize certificates beyond the purchased credit.

    24-month Unlimited Plan

    The Unlimited Plan is a one-time purchase covering eligible Online-PDH courses during the stated 24-month term. It does not automatically renew and must be repurchased after expiration.

    Unlimited Plan holders are responsible for monitoring their purchase and expiration dates. Continued technical access to an account or course after a plan expires does not extend the plan, authorize additional certificates, or create free continuing education credit. Courses or services specifically excluded from a plan remain subject to their stated terms.

    Refunds

    Online-PDH offers the 100% refund guarantee described in our dedicated Refund Policy. A reason is not required. Refund requests should be emailed to cadistics@yahoo.com with enough information to identify the account and purchase.

    A fully refunded course purchase may no longer be used as paid continuing education through Online-PDH. You must not use or submit its certificate or claim its associated credit after the refund. If the course was already reported, you are responsible for contacting the applicable licensing board and following its instructions. A refund of a true duplicate payment does not affect the separate original purchase that remains paid.

    Read the complete Refund Policy

    Course completion, examinations, and certificates

    You must personally complete the applicable study and assessment requirements before receiving or using a certificate. The required passing score, permitted attempts, course value, and other completion conditions are those displayed for the applicable course or required by the relevant jurisdiction.

    Certificates and account records reflect information available to Online-PDH at the time they are generated. You agree not to alter a certificate, completion date, course value, provider information, examination result, or other record. Contact us if a legitimate correction is needed.

    Licensing-board acceptance and your responsibility

    Continuing education rules vary by profession and jurisdiction and may change. Requirements can depend on course subject, provider or course approval, delivery method, ethics or law content, examination method, reporting period, and limits on online or self-study credit.

    Unless Online-PDH makes a specific written promise for a particular course and jurisdiction, we do not guarantee that every course will be accepted by every licensing board. You are responsible for reviewing current board requirements, choosing relevant courses, completing them within the permitted period, reporting credit accurately, and retaining required records. Board rules and a board’s individual decision control over general information on our site.

    Records and Audit Assistance

    You remain responsible for maintaining records required by your licensing jurisdiction. Subject to availability, our stated retention practices, and the status of the purchase, Online-PDH may help provide replacement certificates, transaction records, course information, assessment information, or provider and instructor documentation.

    Audit Assistance does not constitute legal representation, guarantee that a board will accept a course, extend a board deadline, or transfer the licensee’s compliance responsibility to Online-PDH. Assistance is not available for a fully refunded course except when a duplicate payment was refunded and another valid purchase remains in effect.

    Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

    You may use the site only for lawful, personal educational purposes. You must not:

    • Obtain or claim certificates or credit without a valid purchase or active plan;
    • Misrepresent your identity, completion, payment, examination result, or eligibility;
    • Share answers, examinations, certificates, accounts, or access credentials;
    • Copy, scrape, systematically download, republish, sell, or commercially exploit site content;
    • Bypass access controls or interfere with the operation or security of the site;
    • Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
    • Use automated tools in a manner that burdens the site or extracts protected content; or
    • Use the site to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, or facilitate professional misconduct.

    Course materials and intellectual property

    The site and its course materials—including text, examinations, graphics, branding, software, organization, and other content—are owned by or licensed to Online-PDH and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable right to access eligible materials for your own education.

    You may download or print materials when the course permits it, solely for personal, noncommercial study. No ownership rights are transferred. Reproduction, redistribution, public display, creation of derivative courseware, commercial use, removal of notices, or use of our name or logo without written permission is prohibited.

    Account review, suspension, and correction

    We may investigate suspected nonpayment, certificate misuse, account sharing, excessive or automated activity, security concerns, or another violation of these terms. When reasonably practical, we will attempt to contact the account holder and provide an opportunity to clarify or correct the issue.

    We may limit, suspend, or terminate access; cancel unauthorized activity; or correct affected records when reasonably necessary to protect users, course integrity, licensing records, intellectual property, or site security. Immediate action may be taken when delay could cause harm, fraud, data loss, legal exposure, or security risk.

    Site availability and changes

    We work to keep the site and course records available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, Moodle or hosting changes, security events, third-party services, internet failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

    We may update, correct, replace, reorganize, or discontinue site features and course content. When a material change affects a paid service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate remedy consistent with the circumstances and applicable law.

    The site may link to licensing boards, NCEES, payment providers, technical resources, or other third parties. These links are supplied for convenience and do not make Online-PDH responsible for another party’s content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s terms.

    Privacy and electronic communications

    Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and disclose information. By providing an email address, you agree that we may send account confirmations, purchase and refund information, course or certificate communications, security notices, policy notices, and responses to your requests electronically. Marketing communications, when used, remain subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

    Read the Privacy Policy

    Disclaimers and limitation of liability

    Except for express promises stated in an applicable written policy, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, services, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” Online-PDH disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that content is complete, current for every application, free from error, or accepted by every licensing authority.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cadistics, LLC, Online-PDH, and their owners, instructors, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, license-related consequences, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the site or course information.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability arising from a particular paid transaction will not exceed the amount you paid Online-PDH for that transaction. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

    Responsibility for misuse

    To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Cadistics, LLC and its owners, instructors, contractors, and affiliates harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site, material violation of these terms, infringement of another person’s rights, falsification or misuse of a certificate, or unauthorized application of course content. This provision does not require you to indemnify a party for its own unlawful conduct where prohibited by law.

    Florida law and dispute location

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where legally permitted, disputes relating to these terms or Online-PDH will be brought in the appropriate state or federal court serving Brevard County, Florida. Mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law are not waived.

    Before filing a claim, we encourage you to email a detailed description of the concern so we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and attempt an informal resolution. This request does not shorten any legal deadline or prevent either party from seeking urgent relief when necessary.

    Changes and general provisions

    We may revise these terms when our services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively unless a different result is required by law. Continued use after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

    If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or rights under these terms without our written consent. These terms and the incorporated policies form the agreement concerning your use of the service, subject to any specific written terms presented for a particular purchase.
