New York Professional Engineers
NY PE's must earn at least half of their hours with live, interactive activities.

Wisconsin engineers
Up to 17 PDH credits may be obtained using online courseware per renewal period. The remainder must be live interactive instruction such as seminars and webinars.
Iowa engineers
Up to 10 PDH's may be obtained per renewal period through online courses. The remaining credits must be obtained using live interactive instruction such as through seminars and webinars.
Ohio engineers
must meet the intent of the board’s “timed and monitored” courses.
Nebraska engineers
Up to 7.5 PDH's may be obtained each renewal period through online courses.
The remaining renewal credits must be obtained through a live interaction form of course, which Onl9ine-PDH does not presently offer.
The Nebraska Board's Rule 9.2.3.1 states that web-based courseware, such as live webinars, that are led by an instructor that enables both the instructor and attendees to give, receive, and discuss information in real time is allowed under Rule 9.2.3.
