The one important consequence of a refund

After a course purchase is fully refunded, you must not use its certificate or claim its professional development hours as paid continuing education. If you already reported the course to a licensing board, contact that board promptly and follow its instructions for correcting or replacing the credit.

100% refund of the eligible purchase amount
No reason required feedback is always optional
Simple email request so we can locate the purchase

    Three simple steps

    Email your request

Write to cadistics@yahoo.com and state that you would like a refund. A reason is not required.

    We locate the payment

Include your name, account email, and the course or order information so we can identify the correct transaction.

    Funds return to you

We initiate the approved refund to the original payment method and email confirmation when it has been submitted.

    When will the refund appear?

We will review and initiate an approved refund as promptly as reasonably possible. Once submitted, the refund must travel through Stripe, the card network, and your bank or card issuer. Stripe advises that customers typically see a card refund approximately 5–10 business days after it is initiated, although the timing is controlled by the financial institution.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. In some cases, a very recent refund may appear as a reversal, meaning the original charge disappears instead of appearing as a separate credit.

What happens to the certificate and PDH credit?

A refund returns the course purchase price and ends your ability to rely on that refunded purchase as paid continuing education through Online-PDH.

If you have not reported the course

Do not submit the certificate or claim the associated PDH after the refund. If needed, complete replacement coursework within your licensing jurisdiction’s renewal period.

If you already reported the course

Contact your licensing board and follow its instructions. Only the board can determine whether an amendment, replacement course, or other action is required.

    Refund policy answers

Do I have to explain why I want a refund?

No. A short request is sufficient. Constructive feedback is appreciated because it can help us improve, but providing feedback is completely optional.

What if I accidentally purchased the same course twice?

We will refund the duplicate transaction. Refunding a true duplicate does not affect the original paid purchase or the certificate associated with that retained purchase.

Does Audit Assistance continue after a refund?

Audit Assistance is not available for a fully refunded course purchase because that transaction no longer supports a paid Online-PDH completion. This does not apply when only an accidental duplicate transaction is refunded and the original purchase remains paid.

Should I contact my bank or Stripe first?

Please email Online-PDH first whenever possible. A direct request allows us to investigate and initiate a refund without beginning a formal payment dispute. Contacting your bank remains an available consumer option, but a dispute follows the card issuer’s separate process and may take considerably longer to resolve.

Does a refund determine whether a board accepts my continuing education?

No. Licensing requirements and audit decisions belong to each jurisdiction. This policy explains Online-PDH’s treatment of a refunded purchase; it does not provide legal advice or decide what a licensing board will accept.

    Please keep your confirmation

Retain the refund confirmation with your records. If the credit was previously reported, also retain any correspondence or correction instructions received from your licensing board.
