Topic outline

  • What is meant by "Unlimited Plan"?

When a licensee purchases an unlimited PDH plan, they are able to take any of the 700 plus courses offered in the Online-PDH library with no exceptions. This includes any of the pdf-formatted courses based on public domain governmental publications, our originally-written publications, or one of the new "Flashcard" formatted original courses.

Is there a limit on the number of courses which a customer can be enrolled?

There is no limit to the number of courses a customer takes; however if there is a customer taking an excessively large number of courses which far and away exceeds the reasonable number of credits a licensee would require, then we reserve the right to restrict that customers user account until the next renewal cycle. (However, to date this has never been required.)

How do I know when my unlimited plan has expired?

Presently we do not have the ability to track the exact expiration date of a customer's unlimited plan due to the "open access" nature of our website. Unfortunately, its up to the customer to keep track of the date of expiration. (The expiration date can be found on the Paypal receipt of purchase that was sent to your email address when the plan was purchased.)

What is the date of expiration?

The unlimited plan is valid for exactly 12 months to the minute from the time and date that the Paypal purchase process was completed.

What if I can't find the purchase date in my receipt or have lost my receipt?

If you are unable to find the date of purchase (on the digital receipt in your email Inbox) for your plan, then just send us an email with a request for the date of expiration, and we would be glad to research this and send a reply email with the expiration date and a copy of your receipt.
