    This course covers the installation, operation, and maintenance of industrial grade compressed air delivery systems.

    • Low, medium, high pressure systems
    • Air quality requirements
    • Components of air compressors and auxiliary equipment
    • Types of distribution systems
    • Maintenance requirements for compressed air delivery systems
    • Single action, reciprocating, rotary, helical screw, dynamic centrifugal compressors
    • Filters, silencers, intercoolers, aftercoolers,
    • Separators, dryers, receivers
    • Lubrication procedures and lubricant types
    • Prime movers: Synchronous, Induction, DC
    • Sizing, testing, and installing air distribution systems
