The Board directs registrants to its Professionals Dashboard for renewal. Follow the current portal checklist and submit all requested information and fees before the deadline.
Renewal fees can change: The Board's published fee schedule currently identifies an annual individual renewal fee assessed per engineering discipline. Confirm the amount in the live renewal portal before filing.

Guam's Rules of Professional Conduct require engineers to undertake assignments only when qualified by registration and competence in the applicable technical field.

Registered professionals retain their primary obligation to protect public safety, health, property, and welfare in the performance of professional duties.
Voluntary professional development remains useful
Online-PDH courses may support technical competence, professional-development goals, employer requirements, certifications, or renewal obligations in another jurisdiction. They are not presently needed to satisfy a stated Guam PE PDH quota.

Record Keeping

Guam's current PE renewal framework does not state a CE-document retention period. However, engineers taking courses for another license, employer, certification, or voluntary professional-development record should follow the longest applicable retention rule.
Retaining complete documentation also helps demonstrate continuing competence if a professional assignment, qualification, or disciplinary question later arises.
