  • 2019-21 Florida Ethics: Case Study of Disciplinary Actions

    PDH Course Description:

    This ethics course provides a general overview of Florida Statutes and Administrative Code governing the practice of engineering in the state of Florida. A summary of the FBPE's complaints process, continuing educational requirements, and an overview of the most common and recent disciplinary action rulings against PEs and non-engineers.

    This course was approved by the Florida State Board of PEs for the 2019-2021 renewal cycle.
